To drive I'm forced to operate through a specific entity (the government).
Plenty of people choose to drive without a license or insurance.
Also, that has nothing to do with choosing to drive after drinking or choosing to run a red light.

I hear you.
I’m an atheist but I understand your lament.
I disagree with probably a ton of your views but I can respect and understand your position based on your faith.
I’m actually shocked that someone is admitting what you just said.
Campus crusade: I think you are wildly hoping it is a coupe of times a semester.
Short aside: my freshmen year, 84, my dorm roommate was from a small town and was born again. Used to have Campus Crusade meetings in our dorm. Got to know a lot of them. Good people. Not mine, but still good people.
I had a huge bottle of rum on my side. Used to tell them all when I left the room that I knew exactly how much was in it and I would be taking measurements when I returned. That always was good for a smile.

The point is that I have to obey those rules if I want to drive or face the consequences. OP willingly signed on for a rule that can be easily avoided by going to most other schools.

More Christians need to. Its the truth and denying it just makes it worse.

No where have I attacked you. I'm actually happy for you. There is no reason for someone with your means to suffer. You obviously have a problem with Christian culture and this gave you an opportunity to get out of it. I want kids like yours as far away from mine as possible.
And thank you for calling out my 4-5 post per day average.

Are you a Christian? Why not just send your kid to a country day school instead of a Christian school?

I asked him to name the school because if its one of the three schools that I mentioned earlier in the thread, he had to personally sign a statement of faith for his child to attend - those are covenant schools, which means that all students have to be children of church attending Christians who hold to (usually) the Apostle's Creed.
Some of them don't even allow divorced parents.

Its the truth. Just like when you said earlier in the thread that the reason you sent your kids to this school was because of "demographics" (Read: I don't want my kid going to school with many black people). I fully believe you.
Posted on 11/2/18 at 10:34 pm to anc
If the school is Christian in name only, which it appears to be, then I think you are being a bit unfair saying he has a problem w Christian culture.
Based on what you are posting I don’t think you would have your kids at this school.

Probably not. But if he signed an agreement to not have premarital sex and he had premarital sex and admitted it, then the school should have expelled him.
If you truly had a problem with the policy, he shouldn't have signed it. He should have come home and said, "Dad, I want to smash hot chicks like big brother did, I can't sign this. It wouldn't be right."
