anything is racist if some moron sjw says it is I guess.
Its just a weapon for them to bully people at this point.
A weapon?? More like the punch line of a joke. As soon as I hear the word racist, I roll my eyes and laugh - generally, everyone else in the conversation does the same thing.
Congrats. They wore out the word.

Why do people take a few posts from Twitter users criticizing something and act like its a thing, like the whole world is thinking that way?

From roger's post on the previous page
quote:
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has determined in a preliminary ruling that wearing clothing featuring the Gadsden Flag constitutes legally actionable racial harassment in the workplace. In short, wearing the Gadsden flag while at work can earn you the title of “racist”, earn you harassment charges, and cost you your job.
The ideological witch hunt started back in 2014 when a black employee at a privately owned company filed a complaint with the EEOC when he saw a co-worker wearing a hat featuring the Gadsden flag and the words “Don’t tread on me.” The EEOC has decided to side with the over-sensitive employee, despite already admitting that the flag originated in a non-racial context and has been adopted by multiple non-racial political groups, countless companies and more, since it was created.
Thanks Obama

We are living in a world where a person who had a KKK Grand Wizard as a mentor, said all black people look alike, stole from black people and called black males a super predator isn’t racist while a person who dated a black person , lowered black unemployment, got an award for helping minorities, signed legislation to help rebuild inner cities and signed a bill making MLK day a national holiday is a racist

once again, retarded media using 4 people on Twitter as some widespread narrative to push more outrage
And someone on the OT eats it right up.

All of your articles are just, once again, highlighting the catering to a small vocal minority.

They deserved to be shamed, and ridiculed.
Maybe if you ignored them, they'd stop?

I don't believe for a second you think this is true about humanity. I'd bet, that without much effort, I could find you engaged in various threads on the PoliBoard engaged in discussions about idiots on the far left behaving like assholes...and at no point would you suggest that if only they'd be ignored they'd go away.
Told you!

over the years the flag has been adopted by Far Right political groups like the Tea Party, as well as gun-toting supporters of the Second Amendment.
So opposing draconian taxation and disarmament is "far-right"?
Because there was another group in American history that opposed draconian taxation and disarmament . . . Americans.

I am floored by the fact that INTENT is no longer a consideration when deciding if someone/something is racist.
It's like the "Betsy Ross flag" from the Nike shoes. 99.99% of humans do not perceive it to be racist and none of those people are using it that way...but the .01% that have this warped perception and agenda will make noise or they're the few people who are using it and also racist.
Cow-towing to those people and saying "yup, I guess that flag is now a racist symbol" just lets those idiots win and it becomes "a thing".

If that flag is racist, then every damn flag in the world is racist.
