Causing the trouble? They watched a fight
If no one watches, the thugs don't fight. They peacock around talking Ebonic bull shite and walk away with each claiming to be the winner.

Yep. Charged with criminal responsibility of the behavIor of another.
I'd like for someone to explain to me how in the actual frick a 6 year old child can be held criminally responsible for the behavior of another.

The problem I see with this is the fact that students are suspended if involved in a fight no matter if they were the aggressor or not. So its either one or the other.
Now on the other hand, if they were encouraging the fight and blocking others from stopping it, I can see the arrests. Dont really agree with handcuffing little kids I dont know the official procedure for arresting little kids.

Arrested because they didn't do nothing?
I am sure some on this board will say there's more to the story and that the officers had a good reason for arresting them.

They egg the fights on. Record the fights and upload them to social media. Something needs to be done about this as it's ruining young peoples lives.

This sounds insane. What laws did they supposedly break?

I assume they just stood around and filmed the fight in portrait rather than landscape?

When you were these kids age and a fight broke out, did you not stop and watch or if it's one of your friends, root them on? Every school yard fight ever has had kids standing around pulling for one or the other fighters.
But even with what you said, that still does not warrant arresting a freaking 6 year old child. This is beyond stupid.

Wait. They arrested kids as young as 6 not for fighting but because they didn't break up a fight? Since when are children legally obligated to step into a fight?!? I'd lose my fricking mind if some cop handcuffed my 7 yr old over some stupid shite like this
I feel sorry for kids growing up to day in this respect. It seems they aren't allowed to make mistakes. The approach was much much different a few decades ago.

I remember playground fights were not uncommon back when I was these kids age in the late 70s. Anytime one broke out every kid on the playground stopped what they were doing to watch the fight. how is this now suddenly considered criminal activity?
