Children as young as 6 arrested for not breaking up a fight

I blame the school administration. This is what happens when you delegate disciplinary responsibility to law enforcement- they arrest those who are causing trouble. Is anyone else troubled that these 11 year olds will now have this on their record for life?

Wait. They arrested kids as young as 6 not for fighting but because they didn't break up a fight? Since when are children legally obligated to step into a fight?!? I'd lose my fricking mind if some cop handcuffed my 7 yr old over some stupid shite like this.

I went to private school. All disputes were settled in arbitration proceedings.
