Is this the part where you suck each other off after a fight becuase you are both middle aged losers that lie on the internet?

Had a combined AGI of 139k last year. I have zero debt and didn’t receive anything from the IRS. My federal refund is “still processing” as well. I got my state refund, but the Federal was filed on Feb 15th and I haven’t seen any movement on it. I can only assume I’m being audited for some unknown reason.

But I do hold a state license in CA with specialty certifications that are valueable to the area I reside more so than other areas
Specifically what certifications do you possess that would be deemed to be advantageous in the Bay Area? Come on let’s hear this

Pay for your own kids, mooch. Don't breed what you can't feed.

Without thinking too long about scenarios, "payback" would really only occur if someone made less than 400k in 2020 (assuming joint filer) and makes over 400k in 2021.
My business got shut down completely in 2020. If I’m not eligible based on this year’s income, it’s essentially an interest free loan?

$250 and $300. Not $300 and $360

First time I've seen those numbers.
It’s $3000 credit for 6-17 and $3600 for under 6
You get half up front monthly for 6 months. ($250/$300/mo)

Some of you must have no clue what this tax credit actually is...

Getting paid simply for having kids, used to be something looked down upon.

That’s actually middle age for most males The avg lifespan for a male in the US is 78. I laugh when some 55 year old dude says it sucks to be middle aged. I ask how many people you know that are 110 you ain’t no damn middle age hell your old.

My wife and I are going to opt out... I need the actual tax break in April. Contract labor.
I thought about the same thing but in reality this is not something extra. They’re giving you cash for 1/2 of your child tax credit up front and you will be able to claim the other half on your 2021 taxes.
Anytime this government offers to return some of my tax dollars I’ll take it. No guarantee what they’ll do in the future so the old a bird in the hand is better than two in the bush.
I’ll put into saving and see what happens in April.

I guess so if you paid yourself less than 400k before and more than 400k after.
I hope you smartly took that free PPP money though.
