I have never gotten a wrong order from anywhere else. Kind of wonder what kind of weird shite people are ordering to be constantly getting their orders wrong and why they keep going back to keep on getting wrong orders if they dislike those other places so much.
EDIT: Never change OT. Where people can disagree with literal facts and feel vindicated.

They gave me a cookies and cream shake the other day instead of chocolate.
I can't think of the last time before that where there was a screwup when it came to fast food though.

I've never once had Chick-Fil-A ask me to "drive up and wait " extra time for an order (which is what the other stores use to make their drive through times appear faster to the system)
And the line at Chick-Fila-A is always way longer than any other fast food place

You would be the exception from what I have seen.
I don’t recall getting wrong orders from CFA. Wendy’s, BK, McD, etc are notorious for it.
The BK at Florida and Foster is so bad they once charged me for my order, waved me ahead, and then forgot to make or give me my food.
The McD at Airline by Don Carter’s is staffed by a bunch of chucklefricks too busy screwing around to pay attention to what they are doing and getting everything possible wrong in the process.

It's happens at the one by my work, but it is always slammed during lunch.
I'm not that big of a Chick-fil-A guy, but I do appreciate their service. Today I just was in the mood for a chicken sandwich. I pulled up and the line was wrapped around the building, next door was a Wendy's with no one in line. I started to drive to the Wendy's then looked back and the line at CFA had moved like 3 or 4 cars. I turned around and got CFA.

Because their food and service is such low quality, what they have is brand recognition and good, established real estate. They are ubiquitous. People don’t go to McDonald’s because they are good. They go because they are THERE.

I’ll say this much for McD... corporate standards have pretty much ensured you are getting comparable food and service despite the location to a large degree.
Compare this to, say, Popeyes or Burger King which are run fly-by-night since there isn’t a culture of corporate oversight.
