Thanks for the link so I can be sure to ignore anything else they may put out. I've never had to wait longer than maybe two minutes in a CFA line, even during lunch hour, and I have never had them ask me to pull up and wait for something to be brought out to me. Ever.
I'd guess that 5 minutes is the longest I've ever waited there, not an average.
