Fake news shite story probably says this since the line is always wrapped around the block. They should measure the time from ordering at the speaker to getting your food.

I placed a second order Saturday morning because my friend who I was meeting didn't answer me back before I put in my order for myself. Before the girl taking my order could turn around to retrieve my initial order immediately after taking my second order, the additional order was already in the bag. I don't care what kind of bullshite statistics come out. Chic-fil-a always has the best service in my personal experience.

this is undoubtedly because after you pull up to the window they make you pull up a few car lengths to clear the timer.

Exactly. McD’s always has you pull into another spot for that reason—store metrics, manager bonuses probably tied to it etc

I watched a CFA worker sprint outside in the pouring rain to bring a bag to a customer who had forgotten part of her order. Name one other fast food place with that kind of service.
