Chick Fil-A uses AI to check for foodborne illnesses

The company uses AI algorithms to scour social media to find people complaining about their food. These complaints are then sent to a local store manager where they directly respond to the complainer. The data's also sent to corporate where they find and spot potential emerging food-borne illnesses before shite gets outta hand. LINK

MSG is not what the boogeyman has been telling us it is. It's kind of like gluten. There are people that it legitimately causes issues for just any other substance on Earth. That being said, it's a very small minority.
