Odd shaped lot (reverse pie), wanting the OT math wizards to double check my calculation.
Front: 55
Left side: 139.58
Back left side: 93.62
Rear: 112.48
Right side: 134.64
I'm coming up with 12292.22 sq. ft. or .28 acres.
How far am I off / on?

5 sides? Going to need some angles or coordinates.

Use the "Measure Distance" feature on google maps. Connect the measurements on your last one and it'll give you an area in ft^2

I'm assuming there is a 90 deg angle between front and right side.
So I'm getting 18352.12 sq ft or .421 acre.
I could also be waaaaayyyy off because I don't really know what I'm doing.

This with the missing side forms a triangle. We need coord or deg to figure this out.
Your square is:

Front: 55 Rear: 112.48 Right Side: 134.64
+ the missing side in the triangle

I've drawn it 5 different ways in CAD using circle intersections with the exact measurements given and have gotten from 16k sq ft to 18,5 sq ft.... a known interior angle or two would definitely help.

Daftlogic area calculator. It will give you square feet and acreage.

I gave the lovable tard all he needed. It's got all the GIS information he could ask for.
BTW, it's very handy as you can see who owns any piece of property in AP and what they paid for it.

VERY VERY True. They outlive us and own EVERYTHING. Anyhoo. have fun with that link. find out all your neighbors' names and shite like that.
I use the EBR Prop Map and xref it with the Open BR Crime data to see what my shady fricking neighbors are up to b/c I'm an analyst nerd like that.

How did you get the leg distances? Did you measure (on the ground) pipe to pipe? If so, go back and break out your old compass and get some leg bearings. If you got them from a plat abstract, the bearings should be noted.

You have the meets and bounds for the lot lines? I can plug it into cad and have exact info you need.
Eta, the front 55' will be a curve so if you have that also.
