On the assumption that there is a right angle between the front and right sides, you can create an interior triangle and easily find the area of that.
Then you have four sides remaining and can either calculate from there or bisect two of the angles and create two more triangles.
Add all areas together.

The Layers on that Atlas Map are the devil in the details. Property Owners under Parcel Data is fricking creepy fun to scan over a subdivision with EVERYONE's Name over each parcel.
Sample from what I'm talking about. You can do this for EBR as well.
