The closest we will probably ever have to a super bug in the US is MRSA.

No question about it.

Wouldn’t it suck if you were on a layover there and decided to stay for a night and this shite happened?

That’d be just my luck.

With my luck, it'll take me out right after my life insurance expires, and I'll have wasted all that money.

It’s being reported the virus started after the Chinese in Wuhan ate rats and wolf pups (on a real menu). It wouldn’t surprise me since those nasty frickers cook dogs alive at their annual dog meat festival.

Cat is already out the bag. To little to late.
Management of this out break has been a joke on all levels.

The combination of extremely populated areas, poor hygiene and health code regulation, and alarming overuse/over prescription of antibiotics in these countries is a ticking time bomb. It will happen.

It will definitely happen and just like this time the world will be inept in its containment.
I’m still laughing at the airport screeners in this country. What a PR joke that is.

Seems a bit blown out of proportion to me. The Flu has killed more people in Arkansas alone than this has globally.

Arkansas has 22 flu deaths. Just wait another day. There are now 440 confirmed cases and 17 deaths linked to the virus in China, according to the BBC. That's up from around 300 cases and six deaths reported just yesterday.
