I like it and it doesn't stain my undershirts.
It's excellent.

Yeah, but you've gotta walk around all day smelling like fish.

Deodorant wasn't causing those skid marks.
::::edit:::: I misread undershirts as undershorts.

I buy Cremo deoderant, about $10 on Amzon.
I get it because it is Aluminum free but also goes on dry like an antiperspirant and seems to combat sweat more than deoderant generally. I hate that wet gel deoderant stuff

Is it deodorant or antiperspirant?
I will never understand people who use deodorant. It's just perfume for your armpits. It doesn't prevent you from sweating, so you're eventually going to have sloppy pits and they will give off body odor.
Then you have the stench of body odor slightly masked by some perfume fragrance. Gross.

Any concern about aluminum absorption and accumulation?

It's basically lotion. Not sure about aluminum. That would probably be put in energy drinks.

I don't sweat unless i wear antiperspirant. it's weird, that it somehow clogs pores and makes me sweat more. when i wear deodorant, i don't sweat, and I don't stink either.

Only an antiperspirant actively works to prevent you from sweating. The problem is they contain aluminum which is being linked more and more to harmful diseases such as Alzheimer's and Dementia.
A Potassium Alum mineral salt deodorant stick is the way to go. It is aluminum but not the same aluminum chlorohydrate or aluminum zirconium compound

Aluminum exposure is common from the food supply, water, medications, and vaccines.
quote:
Aluminum is a neurotoxin and systemic toxin that accumulates in the brain, bones, kidneys, and liver when exposure exceeds the body's excretory capacity. While low-level dietary exposure is generally considered safe, chronic high-level exposure leads to oxidative stress, inflammation, and cellular damage through mechanisms like enzyme inhibition and disrupted protein synthesis.
Neurological and Cognitive Effects
Aluminum crosses the blood-brain barrier, where it interferes with neuronal transport and promotes the formation of amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles. High concentrations are linked to neurotoxicity, causing memory loss, disorientation, and cognitive decline in workers exposed to aluminum dust. While some studies associate elevated aluminum levels with Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders, major health organizations note that conclusive causal evidence for the general population remains under investigation.
Bone, Renal, and Respiratory Health
In the skeletal system, aluminum displaces calcium and magnesium, disrupting bone mineralization and leading to osteomalacia, osteoporosis, and increased fracture risk, particularly in patients with kidney disease. Renally impaired individuals are at highest risk for systemic accumulation, which can cause anemia by interfering with heme synthesis and iron metabolism. Respiratory issues, such as lung fibrosis, chronic bronchitis, and aluminosis, arise from inhaling high concentrations of aluminum dust or fumes.
Other Potential Health Impacts
Endocrine and Immune Disruption: Aluminum acts as a metallostrogen, potentially influencing estrogen receptors and immune responses, with some studies suggesting links to breast cancer and autoimmune conditions, though causality is not firmly established.
Metabolic Stress: It induces mitochondrial dysfunction by inhibiting ATP production and alters cellular iron homeostasis, contributing to systemic fatigue and weakened immune function.
Gut Health: Oral exposure may disrupt intestinal homeostasis, affecting permeability and gut microbiota, which can further impact overall immune health.
