I’m sure the narrative will be he (carjacker) was just trying to borrow a car to go to work when out of no where someone with a gun tried to shoot him so the carjacker was using self defense.
I don’t see how you miss that close unless he was so jacked on adrenaline he was shaking but damn get out of the road dude backed up a good ways before hitting the gas and coming all hell bent back to hit him

I can’t believe that dude was so nonchalant and never thought about the perp coming back to try to run him over. He was strolling away not even looking at the dude he just shot at multiple times point blank. I hope this dude gets thrown under the jail (or the death penalty) but come on, man, you gotta be smart and have your head on a swivel in that situation.
