Car Stolen and Returned

7Car was stolen as part of a crime spree. Guy who stole car killed 2 people then killed himself and car has $8,000 damage. Insurance says they will not total it since crimes weren’t committed in the car, but murder weapon was in vehicle when guy traveled to each crime spot. Should insurance total vehicle? Currently getting fixed, but No One wants to drive it. Vehicle came back smelling like drugs, cigarettes, and murder.

Didn't notice blood stains at first, but after owning it for a little while, started seeing them everywhere. Whatever cover-up on the upholstery they were using wasn't holding up. It was a little gray Toyota Echo. Great little car. The most blood stains were in the drivers seat like it was pooling up from a bleeding victim.
