The vehicle has been in 2 minor accidents previously. Some lady rear ended me less than 2 months of owning vehicle. Then I rear ended someone a few months ago, then car was stolen. So if you add up the total damages for all 3, yes it would exceed the 75%. The insurance company doesn’t see it that way. Only as individual incidents.

It was totaled and scrapped years ago when a stupid bitch realtor rear ended me on 85. In hindsight I should have sued her for some 30A money but I still had a conscience back then. Funny side story, the cop that worked my accident ended up in prison. Robert Olsen, Dekalb County. He was a dick to me. But I still don't think he belongs in prison.

Mine was stolen in June of 2021 because I left it running at the same place I used to ride my bike to and buy jolly ranchers for a nickel at the Sherwood market shell across from canes it used to be "the chevron" well ill never make that mistake again I couldn't believe it someone at that place actually took off with my car it was forty days before it was finally back in my driveway. Im glad it was and for yours too.
