The vehicle has been in 2 minor accidents previously. Some lady rear ended me less than 2 months of owning vehicle. Then I rear ended someone a few months ago, then car was stolen. So if you add up the total damages for all 3, yes it would exceed the 75%. The insurance company doesn’t see it that way. Only as individual incidents.

Car was stolen as part of a crime spree. Guy who stole car killed 2 people then killed himself and car has $8,000 damage. Insurance says they will not total it since crimes weren’t committed in the car, but murder weapon was in vehicle when guy traveled to each crime spot. Should insurance total vehicle? Currently getting fixed, but No One wants to drive it. Vehicle came back smelling like drugs, cigarettes, and murder.
