If you are riding in a car and a plane runs off the runway and kills you. Are you considered "killed in a plane crash?"

OK. If your car runs into a plane, are you killed in a car crash? Does it matter if the plane is parked or rolling?
I am trying to figure out the delineation here. This happened between two vehicles rolling on the ground. It's not like people killed in a plane that flys into the Earth.

The bad part is that if you happen to survive you're fricked because you stupidly didn't get the airplane crash rider on your insurance.
