Why? Because you say it's insensitive? Also, it's completely dishonest to say he wanted to use the military against "protesting civilians". He pointed out an option that should be used, in his OPINION, to stop the destruction and rioting that was going on. Protesting is fine. Destroying property and assaulting people is NOT.
