The people who celebrate a death of a human being killed should face consequences. If they are that dumb to post on the Internet for others to see, they should be held accountable. Whether that is losing their job or business being affected, that is fine by me.

That is vastly different than someone being cancelled bc something that was said or posted when they were younger. It is much worse to celebrate. Those celebrating should be called out.

I believe this country is on the verge of a Civil War and not just north v south. It will be right v left. Charlie Kirk could be the "shot heard round the world". I hope it does not happen.

Aaron should sue his parents for their abject failure.

It’s not a left problem. It’s not a right problem. It’s an extremist problem.

yeah, i don't remember any solemn condemnations when the Hortman's were executed...

nah, b/c realistically, a MAJORITY of people are not that extreme in their beliefs, and most people are pretty rational, even when they are pissed off, etc..

it won't... most of these people on the extreme fringes talking about a "war" are a lot closer to Sloppy Joes than G.I. Joes...

Youre welcome to cancel people over it, I'll not stop you or criticize you.

That would be hypocritical.

Ok, again. Be honest here. Who started cancel culture? Now that the left is getting canceled, they suddenly want calm, kumbaya, etc.

i don't feel the need to do that, nor do i think it's right for EITHER side to do it...

and Charlie Kirk would 1000% agree with me on that...

Neither do I, but it would be justified.

See, no hypocrisy.

These are parallel right vs wrong

i really, REALLY don't give a frick who started it... i'm more concerned about someone stepping up, being the adult in the room and STOPPING it, so we can move on to more important issues we face as a society...

You picked a really shitty time to make that stand.

Maybe read the room before giving absolute opinions.

I tend to agree with you with the exception being like school teachers, healthcare types and such. Everyone is entitled to a opinion but someone that would celebrate another human being’s death should not be in this type jobs.

i agree with you... celebrating this guy's death is deplorable... yes, they have the freedom to say what they want to say, no matter how vile and disgusting, which, i agree, it is... but that doesn't absolve anyone from the repercussions that may come from what they say...

This constant drum beat of a civil war is the rot of the modern conservative.

This is the smoke and mirrors that is distracting us from the economy and other more important matters.

A divided electorate is the goal of the political class.
D or R, they keep the electorate occupied with stupid BS while our standard of living declines under both D and R.
