I don't like wearing drivers with socks period, but wearing socks and jeans and penny loafers or tassel mocs or something is FAF. Old dudes with money do that, so you can too.

I wear would not wear socks, but I don't think it's that bad to wear socks when wearing with pants. If not wearing socks is an option, I typically don't. Granted my feet are disgusting and all my shoes smell . I no longer buy super-expensive boat shoes/loafers/driving mocs because they only last a year at most because they get disgusting from never wearing socks.

Any time you are wearing jeans, the shoes you are wearing with them can be worn with socks. Unless you're one of those people who wear flip flops with jeans.
