Not many others would be universally known across America enough to be universally respected. Who else would really be known well enough?

People who have done great things beyond a movie or pop song. But, many of those are tied up in politics, like Gates or Musk, turning others off.

Billy Graham is the last one I can remember. He was well known and stood by his convictions without being judgemental.

Id also put Pope John Paul II and Mother Theresa in there before that, since im bringing up religion.
