Gummies

ETA: But on a serious note, body temperature is a key factor. It needs to be cold. Also, every time you toss and turn, your body temp goes up. Focus on not moving. You'll fall asleep in 10 minutes.

Finally, you start the dreaming process by focusing on what appears in your mind's eye. You'll be surprised at the random shite you'll start seeing in your mind's eye when you close your eyes and just let your imagination run.

Hope this helps.

Yes. I close my eyes once tired. Seems to do the trick.

Define pills… I can use magnesium or glycine and sleep very well. No hangover effect. Melatonin has to be higher dose. Falling asleep isn’t the problem for me, it’s waking up and going back to sleep

Exercise that makes sure I am tired along with a cold room and a comfortable bed. Easy peasy.

Turn off the lights, lie down and 5-10 minutes later I'm gone. I used to be an insomniac. IDK what changed but I'm not any more.

Same same.. But i take Unisom for that, it’s over the counter and similar to Benadryl, but slightly stronger and with no hangover effect.. works like a charm when i wake up at 3am to take a whiz, then allows me to go right back to sleep.. guessing it must have a timed release effect or something .. have to take the Unisom Sleeptabs though, the Sleepgels dont work the same .

If you need alcohol to sleep you have a problem. Get some sun when you wake up if possible (thanks Huberman), drink lots of water, eat a healthy diet, get some exercise, limit screen time and social media, and get more sun if you can. Stress is a big factor which I think can be negated some with the aforementioned daily habits

3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 40 chickens, 20 acres, a full time job.

I'm practically narcoleptic. Just sit still and I'm out.

Read before bedtime.

No screens.

Fans running and keep it cold

Knocks me right out.

Get in a routine. Just like a baby. It works.
