No, it's not possible.

My last ex was a super friendly girl who always gave people the benefit of the doubt and we would get in fights constantly because she honestly believed that if a random guy approached her at a bar or elsewhere it didn't mean they wanted anything from her sexually. I mean if there are guys who actually approach women at a bar just for conversation then I don't know any of them.

Without having sexual thoughts? No.

Without having sexual urges or feelings, yes but rarely.

Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan

Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan (When she was still good looking) talked about this back in 1989.

I think that all opposite sex friendships have some level of sexual attraction, even if just subconsciously. No one has opposite sex friends that in different circumstances, they couldn't smash.

I think it's different for everyone. Some guys may find something worth being friends with a person of the opposite sex and just completely ignore them "sexually". I don't think I can do that. I guess that furthers the question. You may be friends with someone, and not want to take it to a sexual level, but can you say you've never even thought about them in a sexual way? Like not even just out of curiosity thought of it. Like I never think "man, what would it be like to f*** Bill?". But if I'm friends with Sally, I'm definitely asking myself that question.

Absolutely.

By "the other side" of that logic - I would be incapable of having friends unless I wanted to sleep with them?

No. It's 100 percent possible.

One of my closest friends is a woman. I hang out with her all the time. I'm also really good friends with her husband.

She's not super hot, but she's not ugly at all either. She's not outta my league, but above it for sure... Yet, I've never really had any sexual attraction towards her.

She's just a cool chick, kind of a tom boy, and we have a lot of mutual interests.

Her husband dies and you get stuck on an island with her. She wants the D one night.

Do you consider it? Would it appall you for her to offer?

Of course he can, if she's ugly.

If he says he can when she's an OT 6+ he's either lying and/or is dating a hotter chick. If she's an OT 9+, he's lying.

I believe that a man can. I have done so in the past.

BUT... a married man... or committed man... cannot, and should not.

Some will disagree with me. That's okay. I am old. You can take the wisdom of life experience or leave it.
