Actually, I would be surprised if they weren't involved in something somewhere. I can understand that people,especially women, would have a hard time believing such things given their looks and women are pretty shallow when it comes to Hollywood things.
If he's nice looking then he clearly must be smart, funny, charming, respectful, etc.
He has one trait and by default they assume every positive trait thereafter.
