For real.
Been in Texas for 3 years now and Texas drivers are infinitely better drivers than people in Louisiana.
I never have issues with slow left lane drivers in Texas.
In Louisiana, slow left lane drivers are an epidemic.

I saw a guy on the highway today with Texas plates with his hazard lights on just driving way too fast and weaving in and out of traffic willy nilly, not in an emergency at all and then sitting patiently at lights? Make it make sense.
