Selling a service or intangible isn't what I was talking about. I was obviously talking about sales of a tangible object, surely you have enough capacity to understand that.

bullshite. Why use your company when I can just google my tax questions or buy turbo tax.

He doesn’t understand technology whatsoever. He thinks he can shop for medical devices on fricking Google and not from a rep. The surgeon needs a rep who knows what they’re talking about. The rep isn’t a snake oil salesman, he’s a partner in the surgeries. Really, the surgeon drags them from room to room treating them as an equal expert to themselves on what to do.

Maybe OP just works for a guy that implements Botox, which ok Google can do just fine, but any say neuro or cardiac surgeon, the rep is invaluable. He’s the hands off surgeon looking at everything and giving him suggestions. The OP is retarded if he thinks the average surgeon looks for his medical supplies through Google.

I sincerely hope you never need my surgical equipment, but if you do, I'll be happy to provide your surgeon with the latest and greatest.

Provoking thought?

You are way too narrow-minded to accomplish that.

Well you could use Google I guess it'd just take you a really long time to figure out the answer and you can't use Turbo Tax because it can't answer the questions our clients bring to us

I’m sure H&R Block poors have some really complex tax questions.

Wow. You really are clueless. Billing by the hour for someone else’s benefit. Congrats on being a fool.

You think you are thinking outside the norm? There is zero chance that with your ability to even take an ounce of advice from the many people who came here with good facts and little flame tactics that you could effectively lead anything. There is countless companies who thought that they could save a dollar and fire sales people and use salaried employees instead. Your ego is hysterical.

I love that you call me an idiot when part of what I'm doing on a particular client is fixing what people like you frick up because you aren't smart enough to enter in an order correctly
