One that will take a case despite no injury?

Thanks in advance for any help and the smartass remarks about to head this way.

Between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, I work in-between.

Without injury you will have to pay an hourly fee and it will quickly become not worth it

No one is going to take it without an injury.

So property only? File that yourself in small claims court.

Or are you fishing for someone to send you to "their guy" and rack up a bunch of fake medicals?

You sure you don’t have a soft tissue injury? Let me refer you to one of my doctors.

He was allowed to begin practicing law in Louisiana again last year after being disbarred for the previous seven, so that's good news!

I assume he got into a car wreck and suffered property damage and maybe some lost wages and whatnot but no personal injury. He needs someone to file his insurance claim I guess.

Pay no attention to the posters just spouting off phone numbers from billboards. Spencer Calahan is the one to see. Call 387-2323.

Exactly what I'm trying to avoid. I wasn't hurt. The one that caused the accident's insurance company has already taken responsibility and rented a car for the second car that rear ended him after he bounced off the guard rails on I-10.. They said they are reviewing my claim, which means they will claim they aren't responsible. I have insurance but I would have to pay deductible and rent a car out of pocket because I dropped car rental insurance when my kids were added to my policy.
