someone's upset today. Geico won't let you out today so you're taking your little man syndrome out on injured folks and plaintiff counsel?
Injured folks and their scummy personal injury lawyers?
You got a commercial dog? What's your catch phrase? You the super strong arm? Or like "the justice seeker"? You have to have some trashy catch phrase to attract your piece of shite clients, right?
Oh shiiit, my back's hurting and my necks hurting.

Turn on your television and watch for 15 minutes. You'll see 20 commercials for ambulance chasers. Pick one.

No dude, they are not trashy personal injury attorneys. They are justice seekers.

You can do better than that.
Do you frame the checks you get for your clients and put bible quotes underneath them?
You got any sweet slip and falls right now?

Jim, in your personal experience and career, give us a breakdown of meritorious claims to non-meritorious claims you’ve handled. Ballpark it for us.
ETA: I’ve only seen it for one side of the table. I’m always curious to know what it looks like from the other side.

I'm being 100% serious when I saw insurance companies do more fricking than they get fricked. And I've been on both sides of the table.

If the police report puts a party at fault you will likely get your vehicle fixed

Eh, it would be difficult to give an estimate. Look, I certainly deal with meritorious claims, absolutely. Some of them are really bad and we know it.
But, on the other hand, it's the non-meritorious claims that obviously bother us the most. It's the 5 mph fender benders (involving corporations with deep pockets) in the 18th JDC, etc. that get worked up. It's plaintiff's that don't need to be cut on that get cut on because the doctors (the same ones that always deal with the same PI attorneys) can charge astronomical rates because they are not dealing with insurance companies (they get paid $175 an injection via a carrier or $3000 in a judgment). It's a racket. There are a few doctors out there that now ONLY deal with Gordon. That's it. They don't even see other patients. It's the cases where the same pain management doctors show up and perform invasive injection therapy and provide outlandish opinions as to future medical treatments for said 5 MPH accident.
And no, the defense bar does not have the same relationship with doctors that the plaintiff's bar does. Doctors that work with the plaintiff's bar make MUCH more money working with them (which drives their treatment).

Was this the accident I saw in the paper where a dude jumped off the overpass?
No but it happened at the same time, and they told me they started running in the middle so they could turn left or right to avoid being pushed over the rail if the second car was hit . It was a nice drop had they jumped or was knocked off.

I don’t understand pissy defense attorneys like you.
You understand that without PI attorneys you likely don’t have a job, right?
The best defense attorneys are the ones that understand this and appreciate PI attorneys filing lawsuits.
