Can a business make you wear a mask or leave if it’s their stated policy?

Now with many places falling in line with the recent CDC stance, what about the businesses that still have a policy of wearing a mask to enter?

Can this be like “no shirt, no shoes, no service” ?

If it’s stated before entering that it’s their policy, can they enforce this, even with government mandates lifted?

I’d think a private business would be able to have that option, but who knows…

You’re going to try and tell a business what they can and can’t do?

Why do you hate America so much?

Does the government tell you to wear shoes or a shirt?

I don't know that "they" as in the business itself will forcibly remove you.

But they can call the cops and have you arrested for trespassing.

I make people enforce their rules. If they ask me to leave, I leave. It's long past time to push back on this nonsense.

Not at all. My question was more in response to people who are now saying that they no longer have to wear masks if they don’t want to and places can’t tell them anything.

Seriously? A private business could tell you you have to wear a pink tutu and do a walking handstand backwards to enter or refuse service and if you wanted to patronize them you'd have to do it or shop elsewhere

I’m talking about businesses enforcing this.

Ok this is what I assumed. I just see a lot of people that don’t seem to understand that they may still have to wear masks even if it’s been lifted.

Everyone with common sense knows. The answer is 100% yes the business can enforce it’s posted policy.

They can do whatever they want. This is America.
I can also take my business elsewhere. This is America.

Common denominator stands. It’s what makes this place great. Or did.

Future status pending…
