Does a Staffordshire Terrier count?

Because, yes, I have. Was going for a morning run when their oversized muscle dog came after me. I’ve had an encounter with an aggressive retriever once, and I had no worries about being able to defend myself. I was helpless against a bully terrier.

I have a few that are pit bulls. All of my dogs are rescued.

One was abused by the owner and the animal control officer took the dog from him and if he didn't then he would be arrested. Buster was skin and bones, scared of water hoses and lawn mowers. Now he is a happy fat baby.

Dogs are animals with feelings. They don't deserve to be abused by human beings who take pleasure in such things.

When I take my bully terrier for a pee outside, he just pulls until he chokes. Buster belly always tries to pull me around but of course he isn't strong enough to do it. But he just gets so excited to go outside for three minutes. They are strong but not very strong depending on the handler.

I doubt a black bear would even feel it.

No way he got close enough to punch a black bear. He would be dead in minutes.

So he should let his dog die? But no way he punched a black bear in the face. He is making that up.

A black bear wouldn't feel a punch to the face. Even a smaller bear species such as them are tough as shite. No one is brave or stupid enough to try it.

The bear just got bored and left. The man makes up a story and claims that a punch to the face is what did the bear in.

Nobody answered my question. Oh well.

My dad, a retired veterinarian, got bit enough by "sweet" pit bulls that he refused to work on them. He always emphasized to us how dangerous they were, which has been bolstered throughout my life by news stories of pit bulls doing pit bull things.

Good enough?

So are you saying that all pit bulls are dangerous? Every single one of them?
