Depends on if you’re a “a pillow is a pillow” guy or if you’re really selective. What is best for one person is horrible for another. I’ve been through so many memory foam and other “specialty” pillows, and I’ve only found one that I can use (though I have major neck and back issues). Mine is old and funky, but I can’t find a suitable replacement. Bought a “My Pillow” amd it’s the only other pillow I’ll use. Use my old funky one for sleeping on my back, then switch to My Pillow when I roll over on my side.

Just remember, don't rush buy your pillow. It is a big decision. Go to several different stores, bite several different pillows before deciding.
