Businesses that are usually built close to one another, ie: Walgreens and CVS

If you see a Walgreens, chances are a CVS is close-by.

Can you think of any others that are like that? A lot of the new outdoor malls start out with the Academy/Belk/Target grouping if I'm not mistaken.

Either Burger King or Wendys try to build in an area where you can also see a McDonalds. They let McDonalds spend the money to determine an optimal location in a town/area and then just follow suit.

I feel like there is always a 7/11 next to another 7/11.

There are two in uptown Dallas that are literally across the street from one another.
