Business lunch ideas in Jackson, MS?

My manager is flying in for a meeting and he SELFLESSLY said we would bring lunch which translates to ME picking up lunch for ~5-6 ppl...

From where should I pickup? (Downtown area)

Not sure how far from downtown you want to go. Broad Street Baking Company right off 55 is great for to-go lunches. Keifer's is closer to downtown.

If you don't mind a little culture, go to Big Apple Inn down there and get everyone some pig ear sandwiches.

Being real: Parlor Market is really legit.

Saltine is great too.. granted GoogleMaps puts it 3 miles outside of their "downtown" mark.
