That portion of i10 is pretty deserted generally. Catastrophic bus driver error.

What time did this happen? I passed a couple of those First Class Tours buses, headed West around 6:20, this morning. They were on the west side of the bay, and there were numerous emergency vehicles headed east.

I'm curious if the two buses I saw were part of the same group as the bus that crashed. They had Texas plates. I'm just wondering if they were unaware of the accident, and continued on.

According to Google Maps, I-10 is shut down from the Baldwin Beach Expressway exit all the way to the outer part of Pensacola. That's a large section of interstate.

Prayers out. It is a miracle that only one person is dead (at least as of now).

Yes. 1 is critical, 5 serious. 20 or so minor injuries and most of those have been released from the hospital

Lithium, was the extent of their injuries?
