Bump & Draw - Nashville

There are some folks in Nashville late at night who are bumping into peoples’ cars. When the victim gets out to assess the damage, the perps shoot them and take off.
Has anyone heard of this?
Is it a culcha thing?

Sounds like one of those AIDS needles in movie seats and men laying underneath women's cars at the mall, waiting to cut the tendons on the back of their feet type of things.

Non FaceBook answer. There have been a couple of cases where carjackers will bump into a car. When the driver gets out to see if there is damage, they steal the car.
Contrast that to a scenario where people were just shooting random citizens. That has happened. Two guys were just randomly shooting people in the U.S. It was the DC Sniper case and it was international news. Something like that isn't going to happen and not be subjected to constant media coverage and a massive law enforcement response.

Two instances of this happened a few weeks ago here in Brentwood. Didn't shoot anyone, but they did rob the driver at gunpoint.

I have. Was on the news regularly a few months ago.
Here's a report on it from February about 2 incidents around Brentwood. WKRN
One of the people was shot.
