No, it won't. Not everyone will want to go to a crowded Buc-ees. There will be more businesses coming to the South side of that intersection.

Now all Bucees has to do is cut a deal with Billy's or Best Stop to offer boudin products and chicken cracklins in its store, and they can dominate the entire area.

Buc-ee’s will do well wherever, but I avoid it for basic things especially during peak weekend times. I can piss anywhere.
