Yes, Coors/Molson is woke too. But to win the war you have to fight battles one at a time. Keep the press on with BL and eventually they are a non factor. Eventually Coors/Molson is the big seller then you can tackle them.
Transweiser is spending ungodly amounts of money for influancers, paid writers, ads and giveaways. Every tactic is being used to undo sales losses. But to no avail. People have moved on. And they have yet to fire anyone.
They think people will give in. Thats how these rich execs look at us, as pushovers and throw some money and giveaways our way and get sales back. They really live in a different world and we are just chess pieces.
One good thing is people being exposed to Yuengling. And this will allow them to grow their company. It takes time to meet demands so fast and they are not nearly as large. But given their sales are way up (likely maxed out on their capacity) this will allow them to have better ability to expand. And then take on more market share. If everyone stopped buying both Bud/Molson-Coors there is not enough capacity for other beer makers to match. But this BL fiasco is great for Yuengling and local brewers to increase capacity.
Eventually all CEO’s will tell their marketing folks “don’t Bud Light my company”. This is just the beginning, long ways to go. I read BL is going to have daily cash giveaways this summer. Don’t fall for it, our values mean more than money.

Supporting pride is drastically different than shoving a mental illness on people ….

Actual numbers are worse. It’s all being hidden through rebates and giveaways.
Correct me if I am wrong but I think the sales figures we are seeing are based on retail sales and not bar/restaurant sales. A buddy of mine that owns a restaurant (that does a fair amount of bar business) said his Bud Light sales have tanked. He also said something that I had not thought of.....he only has a fixed amount of room for inventory so the incentives that his Bud rep is offering wont work because of storage issues.

You were one of the people who said "This will blow over in two weeks".
What a simpleton you are.

I know a lot of guys who were near exclusive Bud Light drinkers who’ve discovered a whole new world of beer (to them anyway) since all this happened.
I don’t see many of them going back.

I was assured by our morally superior moderates on here that AB would feel no lasting effects from this.

Coors Light embraces Denver Pride Parade despite potential backlash
Firstly, that's not an actual can that Coors is putting out.
Secondly, the parade is in the beer's hometown of Denver, where Coor's sponsors *every* big event no matter what it is. It could be a klan rally and they'd be selling beer there with banners all over the place.
The picture in the axios article is from 2019. Like I said, Coors sponsors EVERYTHING in Denver.
You'll also notice the cities they are supposedly donating proceeds to lgbt are woke cities. They aren't doing it in Macon GA or Birmingham AL because they aren't stupid. Their marketing campaign in Los Angeles to give proceeds to lgbt could actually boost their sales in a place like that, so good marketing. That's how marketing is supposed to work. Increase sales.

What they're saying: The Center's Fuller sees this moment — when conservatives are pushing anti-transgender legislation and leveling attacks — as an opportunity to make a point and "not the time to give into bullying."
"This is kind of the hard part of allyship," he said, referring to the sponsors' support. "We are in a time period when it can be quite fashionable in some corners to pretty openly express homophobic, transphobic (sentiments) and racism, and I think that can make this uncomfortable at some points."
A.K.A anyone who doesn’t agree with us is automatically a bigot, transphobic, a racist, a bully.
Shut up, or your a bad person.
