Dumb business to target. Buc-ee's is a beacon for capitalism. Quality service and quality product, creating value and demand. Workers earn well above the minimum wage and there is significant upward trajectory with an ability to make 6 figures without a 4 year degree. Insurance, 401K and significant PTO as benefits.
