not really. I just made the drive up thru Penn, VA, Jersey, Albany, etc and stopped at a few
while sheetz may be the best that part of the country has to offer it really doesnt hold a candle to Bucees.
Bucees are much much cleaner, better maintained, and a substantial better selection of food & beverages
Do they have made to order food?
Kolaches would be pretty nice. If memory serves, Mary Lee Donuts on Florida in Baton Rouge across from Broadmoor sold them, but usually ran out by 8AM. Surprisingly difficult to get Kolaches in Baton Rouge at least when I was there.

yes, sandwiches and wraps you customize your order on a touch screen. it's ready in under 5 mins.

I don't get the hate. Never been to a better gas station. Maybe you guys are forgetting that's what it is
Went to Shreveport the other day and saw a sign and got excited about some bbq and fudge. But it was for like >100 miles away

It's clean, there's a lot of crap in it, it's well organized. But I rarely stop there (I think I've been once for the novelty) and I'm travelling by the one in Baytown often. Too many people.
Cleanliness is only a portion of the public bathroom issue for me. Pooping with 50 people walking in and out isn't my favorite. I'd rather stop at a nice looking interstate hotel and shite in the lobby.

In Louisiana, the day Buc-ees opens, it will instantly have the best kolaches in the state.
As bad as Shipley's are, now that I'm back in NOLA, I'm so desperate I would even eat one of them.
