Bryan Johnson - Blueprint Guy Obsessed with Reverse Aging - Wants to Rewrite Your Brain

tl;dr - Ultra rich douche obsessed with optimizing health believes everyone should adopt his way of life. He owns a company that is working on rewriting neurological activity of the brain to force people to have particular "healthy" brains. He believes people who self-sabotage their own health are getting in the way of humanity's progress.
Bryan Johnson has been discussed here before for his dedication to longevity and reverse aging. He has reduced his epigenetic age by 5 years through diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, and incredibly precise daily measurements. He really is an example of how to optimize your health and seems to be honest in his attempt to help everyone gain perspective on how to improve their lives. Everything he's learned and accomplished is open source, and there are no hidden fees, tricks, or products to replicate his "Blueprint" method for yourself.
But that doesn't tell all of the story.
I've been fascinated by the guy the past week or so, and like all people who think they've figured out the best way to live life, he believes that everyone SHOULD adopt his mentality. He's so determined in this that he's even started a new company called Kernal, which is producing technology that not only reads brain activity in real time. The company is also attempting to learn how to rewrite neurological activity.
Seem scary enough yet?
In this YouTube interview, Bryan Johnson outlines his vision for humanity. Note - the interview is terrible. The interviewer interrupts him constantly and talks way too much. But there are some nuggets to get from Bryan's responses especially in the latter half of the interview.
1) Bryan Johnson believes humans self-sabotage leading to destructive behaviors. If humans can learn to stop self-sabotage, we can all live better lives.
2) The majority of humanity's problems stem from not living harmoniously with one another. Cooperation is a key idea Johnson believes humans need to enact.
3) Focusing on optimizing health in terms of longevity and reverse aging (Blueprint) will lead to exponential growth in humanity's future.
4) Those who self-sabotage not only act as a detriment to themselves but as a detriment to all of humanity.
So you have a guy who is nearly a billionaire creating technology that can rewrite the neurological activity of the brain AND he believes everyone needs to adopt his way of living because it optimizes humanity's life experience?
The interviewer pressed him on this point and he skirted the question until he was finally forced to give a stance. Of course he said, "People can opt out," but it was obviously a throw away response to move on.
The guy is a real life super villain.

Darwin said we are animals.
Industrialists said we are machines.
Transhumanists says we are robots.

It’s sad how money messes up people where they want to live forever
Real men wish they were a caveman or Roman legionnaire or midieval peasant where you get to hunt and have a fun life and die at 40

I can find nothing wrong with consuming a healthy diet, avoiding alcohol/drugs, exercising and having a positive mental attitude.

I agree, for myself. I don't think everyone should optimize their health the same way I attempt to optimize my health. Some people may enjoy a few drinks or a burger or pizza, and that might be a positive for their mental health.
And I surely don't agree with attaching brains to machines that can rewrite neurological activity to get people to see it my way.

Is one really prolonging their life if one spends 90% of their day trying to prolong their life?

If your day is consumed by trying to become healthier when youre healthy, youre wasting your life.

And then you can live long enough for your kids to dump you in a nursing home to die of bed sores while 300 lb queens laugh at you
Or, get this. You get drunk on the feast days instead of working, there’s like 200 a year, your wife isn’t fat, your children don’t love an iPad more than you. Your liege tells you to show up to a field to fight a battle so you get there and hold your stick out until a heavily armed knight on horseback cuts you in half with a longsword
