And many here think people not living in the city should continue to fund a department like this.

At the risk of you RA'ing claiming "stalking", I'll reply.

It was pretty clear from the other thread that you were defending BRPD wholeheartedly, while claiming these three were just lone rangers.

IMO, these three are a lot closer to the norm on that department.

That department needs a federal overseer, a complete organizational rework, and multiple terminations.

Obviously, you disagree.

Bolden is an asshat and was almost beat down on his own street a while back. He talked a lotta cop-type shite to a neighbor about dog shite in a vacant lot next to his house(he no longer lives in this nice neighborhood since resigning).
But being out of uniform, he narrowly avoided getting the shite kicked out of him.

That's a big difference between defending the miscreants who were indicted which I've never done.

In the other thread I pointed out all three of those perps have been indicted and none of the three is still working for BRPD. Two were fired on Friday. One quit months ago, probably knowing he was going to be fired if he didn't.

So it's pretty obvious to me the incident is not being swept under the rug, contrary to the Drama Queens on this board.

I've known DA Hillar Moore personally for years and I trust him to do the right thing, including trying to put all three of those guys behind bars.

I've had to call the BRPD several times over the years and my personal experiences with them have always been one of complete professionalism and courtesy and my complaints got results. That is important to me.

And no, I don't have any relatives who work for BRPD and I've never worked there either.

Any organization has its share of low-class duds including where you work, if you work.

Agreed, he's probably more pissed about this than anyone here.

Agreed. We are fortunate to have him as our DA.

I doubt he would take exception to anything I said.

BRPD has fundamental, deep-rooted problems.

What did I 'back-pedal' (sic) about?

It's hard to get cooperation from victims in cases as horrible as these. Of course she won't say that. She doesn't want to be found in an abandoned crack house murdered.

Did you mean to reply to someone else?

WTF are you talking about?

I've said repeatedly I hope all three of those guys go to prison. I'm confident the DA will do all he can legally do to make that happen.

That she came forward at all is dangerous enough.

I guess I should have said I hope all three should be lynched without a trial.

Would that have satisfied the Drama Queens in this thread?

You were brave to start this thread.

Now BRPD is gonna get a search warrant for your house, phone records, and Internet history.

Look, FWIW, I never said you were defending these particular three numbnuts.

My premise was always that this issue (officer conduct) was a systemic problem in the BRPD.
Instead of agreeing with the obvious, you chose to derail it and make it just about "these three rouge officers".

It was very clear that you were defending BRPD.

The DA may make this case right or he may not, IDC.

Inexcusable when your job carries the authority to take away people's freedom, property, and potentially life.

they can go right on ahead and do that. They may have some pull in the LP. I'll take my chances on that. What's important is that these deputies took the guy away and one raped a woman. I'm not going to stand for that and i have a funny feeling nobody here will either.
