So we should never question the people with authority? Or are they always right in yalls mind? Cops are always right because they took a 6 month training to get a gun and badge

You can absolutely do this. It's called the court system. Time and place for everything. Not the time to question authority when they feel you are a danger to them or the general public.
This!

Unfortunately, the AA community thinks differently.

Failure to comply with a weapon on your person while resisting and moving your hand toward said weapon doesn't justify the cop's shooting? Sorry but these officers deal with shite heads everyday and a split second decision could mean they do not go home to their family everyday on the job.
Most of us will never know what that is like so we should respect them enough to comply to their requests. If they do something unlawful while you're complying then you have a case otherwise they are completely justified in dealing with you according to protocol while you are unlawfully resisting.
New poster slogan, "Comply and stay alive"
Would really love for one of our political leaders in DC to come forth and commend the police and their service and speak to the public about complying with their request to make things easier on the police instead of putting the cops in these unnecessary split second decisions.

Standing your ground is not resisting arrest
There's a time and place to stand your ground against LEOs. An example of this would be in a court room in front of a judge and jury.

You question the authority through the proper channels after the arrest. Mouthing off and resisting arrest is a battle you'll always lose on scene.

Yes. Equality is assumed.
I used fair as a better descripter. Equal can assume equally shitty. Fair requires context

All people should be treated equally...yes...from the start of an interaction...once you're resisting arrest & being non compliant, that changes the way you're gonna be treated from that point forward. Why is this so hard?

Any contact at all with law enforcement is a crap shoot for even the most upstanding black citizen, even those who have been coached in how to survive it.
please give me one instance in which a black male was shot by a cop AND he also had been coached on how to avoid being shot during a police run in...
where i come from, we don't need to be coached on how to act around police, that's just called common sense, something our parentS taught us at a young age

Yes they should and if you don't comply, bad things will happen. Black or white... It's pretty simple .

Minority's races are involved in more crimes. I'll admit that, that's a fact. Should minority's be treated differently or equal?
It's not whether or not they are actually treated differently but the perception...do women get treated the same by cops? What about an 70 year old vs a 20 year old? The issue is compliance and understanding that keeping it real can get you killed.. You've basically advocated textbook resisting within this thread and you seem to believe it's not.. I was taught at an early age on how to deal with cops.. It's ok not to be hard during that interaction and sucking up your pride is easily worth my life.

because blacks are statistically 50 times more likely killed by other blacks than they are a police officer.
That's totally irrelevant but you simpletons keep trotting it out.
The problem is that it SHOULD be irrelevant, but it isn't. The black on black crime rate is irrelevant to the discussion of whether or not police brutality is an issue, but when you call your movement Black Lives Matter, you make black on black crime an issue. When you post articles and rants saying that you have to tell your kids to fear for their life with the police, you make black on black crime an issue, because your kid is significantly more likely to be shot by his fricking neighbor than he is by the police.
As I've said numerous times, BLM took a noble and legitimate issue - police militarization and brutality - and obliterated it with racial overtones and purely ignorant arguments.

Everything your racist arse is saying only makes it clear that what you call "stereotypes" is actually "reality". Police aren't the problem. White people aren't the problem. Ignorant fricks like you are the problem

Boom.
Black lives only matter when the shooting is done by a white cop. When the shooting is done by a black person, nobody gives a shite.
