Those thugs lived a neighborhood on Greenwell Springs near the Thruway but it was nicer than the neighborhood that I grew up in.

It was a great place in the 80s to grow up. I have so many lifelong friends from there. Now I am scared my mother in law is no longer safe in the neighborhood my husband grew up in

WTF? That’s not a bad neighborhood.

I live in the area.

If I type the truth out I'd get banned.

A certain group of people like to point guns at people and shoot shots in the air in the area. If I would have plugged the guy in the head pointing guns at people I would be in jail right now and I can assure you BRPD DID NOT RESPOND to the several 911 calls about it. 100% guarantee they would have responded if I pulled the trigger. What this is the 2nd incident in 2 weeks in the area, I know the kids on easter were farther north but not that much farther.

You were safe unless you believed in devil worshippers

That is the worse part-no response by police department to anything anymore.

Like everyone else in that area, I spent many of nights out on those railroad tracks.

It's kind of funny to me that area is a nature preserve now.

This is the truth. So much of BR is not what it used to be. There’s a common denominator. It’s spread out to the suburbs now. I was telling someone the other day, they come to you now. It’s very sad

Crazy… I graduated from Broadmoor. I saw on Kirin’s site that the teen was shot in the head

Most of the big cities in this country are becoming Gotham.

I didn't read her article. I am hoping the kid was not the intended target.

Yeah, that land used to all be part of a hunting club. There was also a large beekeeper down the tracks a bit. We would walk between the two rivers on the tracks but never really went on the land around it.

I went back there one time since it became the nature trail. Nope, still no devil worshippers.

It’ll be a huge relief once you leave the shite city. Best decision I ever made was to leave after graduation.

EBR Tax ID Map

Here's a fun rabbit hole to go down on a rainy Sunday evening. Explore the area via satellite. The satellite images are updated regularly, saw my brother's new pool under construction when I checked his place.

You might as well just go ahead and consider any area near Sherwood Forest, north of Coursey a bad area

That entire side of Airline is a lost cause.
