British journalist is being investigated by police for misgendering tweets

Have you seen the clip of count dankula getting a reporter to say the same word that sent him to court for saying (can't remember what it was at the moment). The courts were saying that context was not important and that the mere act of saying the word was a crime. Well, he lured the guy in but he wasn't prosecuted because the law only applies to people the government chooses to target.
