I don't ordinarily have much sympathy for celebrities. They seek out the life and get what they deserve. But she's for all practical purposes a private citizen now and has been for some time. There wasn't any reason to publish this except expose her to ridicule.

I'm going to be honest here. She's 58 and I've seen much worse at Wal Mart who are much younger. She's dressed OK for her size, and she's probably nice. Who really cares beyond that?
