He's diversifying smarter than 99% of NFL players, active or retired.
He's said in many interviews that he's setting up his family for generations of positive existence. His kids will be employed at their choice of businesses as they enter HS & college & beyond. They will be actively + directly charged with keeping things going & growing.

He's doing exactly what we all wish we could do for our kids & their kids & their kids: creating generational wealth WITH the expectation of continued hard work. No free rides.

They are two of the best companies to franchise with. Relatively cheap, along with good profitability.

Excaliper (sp) will soon be doomed.
The Surge center and the tampoline park being put into the Twin City shopping center will lead to the extermination of Excalibur.

Not enough money in this area to support 3 places like that.

The trampoline park will be destroyed in short order at Twin City Shopping center.

Excalibur is also an anti-alien weapon.

He nailed it with Waitr and suppose he’s doing okay with Walkon’s. I don’t get why he messes around with a handful of Jimmy Johns franchises and Dunkin Doughnuts. What’s he looking to achieve in opening an entertainment center in Monroe and Lafayette?

He’s working on the great great great grandchildren’s college funds now.

Entertainment is a money maker right now. I made a great decision on a relatively low risk investment into a bowling/arcade venue where I live.

No shite, someone get this man a financial adviser with half a brain.

You could pitch him a skinny cranberry Absinthe shot that comes in a vial you can wear around your neck and he would invest. He is a moron with money.

Great point. No athlete has ever had a "financial team" that cost them everything they had through a series of bad investments.

I heard it’s supposed to be at the old Winn Dixie at the corner of Pinhook and Verot across from Wal Mart. If true, get ready for some culcha...

I heard he was at Acadiana Lanes a couple of weeks ago, I guess checking out the setup they have over there. He was also at the Youngsville Sports Complex last night. I hope it works out but I'm skeptical.

He has definitely made some good moves however this is a head scratcher a bit unless WM is going through some growth surge I haven't heard about.

Why does it need a growth surge? The area can support it

That's going to be a great new spot for the meth heads. Pecanland mall is dead nowadays.

I ate sushi and went to Target there with my daughter a few weeks ago. Seemed like a ghost town at 8pm on a Friday night.
