Sao, "the centrist," trying to rile up some upvotes to say, "I told you so" later on is getting ratioed as we speak.

This is par for the course for a democrat, marxist, ran shithole, don't try to divert attention away now.

Or, are you just a racist?

To be fair, that whole state is 3rd world, not just EBRP.

It's a state with a dumb population and even dumber politicians. It's unfortunate the few smart people left can't leave because of family.

An hour and 15 isn't much of a summer.

Apparently the “Summer of Hope” isn’t starting out so great.

Well if there's no gunfire then it's starting out frickin' great.

According to the video, a BRPD officer grabbed the teen from the sidewalk and pulled him into the roadway where he tried to take the teenager to the ground. During the struggle, the officer punched the teen. While other officers tried to help secure the teen, more teenagers gathered around the officers, presumably trying to free their friend. One of the girls tried to push the officer who punched the boy. Video shows the girl being peppersprayed and then had a taser pointed at her. The boy was handcuffed and taken away without his shoes.

More than just a fight.

A quote from WAFB's coverage.

quote:

“We need more community things together--because they try to break us apart,” said another teenager.

Let me guess, "they" is whitey. Can't have too much of the community together or violence erupts, yet the problem is the mysterious "they" people. Got it.

It takes a real piece of sub human scum to attack a cop while they are doing their job.

One thought does not a summer make.

Of course, SWB’s main thought for a while now has been “get reelected” and that one is doomed through her own actions.

““They” try to break us apart” huh?

Remind me who the leading killers of black people are in EBR. It ain’t FEMA and pork chops.

The Pool Day at Liberty Lagoon was a free event hosted by the Mayor's Office, Stay Hopeful Healthy Baton Rouge, and BREC. The event started at 7:30 p.m. and was supposed to last three hours, but was cut short when fights broke out around 8:45

Why have this at night? I bet if they had it at 4:30-7:30, nothing would have happened.

After leaving BTR almost 10 years ago, and growing up in the actual ghetto, I can't say I miss anything. All family is dead or moved away. Friends have left the state. Baton Rouge is being overrun by feral animals. It's a hard truth. When kindness and humanity are replaced by violence and murder, you need to focus on fixing things, not just running away, or accepting the plight, as your mayor does.
