He was targeted. Posted pics of him getting a pedicure at the nail salon right across from the gas station so whoever shot him saw that and headed there.

It was Ferriday, not Monroe, where the concert was scheduled. Looks like it went on without the artists last night. There was another guy using the stage name Tec who was the co-headliner.

It really has hurt economic development in the city losing so many young entrepreneurs so early.
