And someone on here once said that Mayor Broome was only pandering to FGC, allowing him to serve on her transition team for North Baton Rouge to keep him fed and happy.
Dare I say, this looks like a more expansive role for FGC and Mayor Broome is taking the role of #44 on a local level.

All joking aside, this isn't a terrible idea. You do have some sadistic cops out there who just enjoy the arse beating and jump to it when it's not necessary knowing that there's no repercussions. I doubt cops will be jumping at the chance to rat on other cops but reporting of use of force is probably a good thing.
